G.SKILL 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) Review

Before I bought this 2GB (2 x 1GB) G.SKILL RAM, I did some research. In the newegg.com, it said that G.SKILL system memory is 100% manually tested twice to ensure top-level product yield and quality. In fact, it does have a good quality, I used over a month, and it has no any problem yet !

Ok, here is what I thought,

First of all, it is cheaper !!! When I bought this momory, it was $34.99 from newegg.com (one of my favor shopping place) with in the Free 3 days shipping deal. (Today, the price is $46.99). It is really hard to beat this price in 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) RAM market.

Second, it is really compatible. I set up this 2GB G.SKILL memory (Timing: 5-5-5-14) with my other 2GB (2 x 1GB) CORSAIR XMS2 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory (Timing: 4-4-4-12) without any conflicts, they both are working perfect. Third, this G.SKILL DDR2 800 RAM has a good designed. The flash red color heat spreader makes it looks great (see above picture).
